Jeff Thayer is an associate at McCurdy & Fuller LLP. He handles insurance coverage matters. Mr. Thayer is a skilled litigator with ten years' experience in a variety of areas, including toxic tort, intellectual property, products liability and other commercial litigation. He is also a registered patent attorney. Mr. Thayer has handled numerous cases from inception to disposition, including pre-answer motions, written discovery, motions to compel, depositions, dispositive motions, settlement conferences, motions in limine and trial.

Mr. Thayer received his B.S. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1998 and his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley in 2001, where he earned a Best Brief award in Appellate Advocacy. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
