David Hungerford has counseled first- and third-party insurers in a variety of contexts, including environmental claims, personal injury actions, lawsuits involving property damage, and actions alleging defamation, invasions of rights to privacy, and trade dress infringement. Mr. Hungerford has successfully litigated cases as insurers’ counsel at both the trial and appellate level, including actions brought by policyholders and actions involving the respective obligations of multiple insurers. Mr. Hungerford is licensed to practice in California and Nevada.

Mr. Hungerford received his B.A. from Macalester College in 1991 and his J.D. from the University of California at Davis in 2000, where he served as a Senior Articles Editor for the U.C. Davis Law Review.
