Betty Su has broad experience in analyzing and litigating complex insurance matters.  She has defended insurers against claims for breach of contract and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and prosecuted declaratory relief actions on insurers’ behalf.  She has analyzed coverage issues in a variety of contexts, including lawsuits and claims involving intellectual property, construction defect, professional liability and securities fraud. 

Ms. Su graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2000 with a double major in History and Political Science, and a minor in Women’s Studies.  She received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2003.  While attending law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Daniel A. Curry of the California Court of Appeal.

Ms. Su is a member of the State Bar of California.
